At Ventana Hackås AB (VHs)  we have, together with the partner Ajatec, developed a concept for short series production of complex, multifunctional and thin section aluminium castings. The castings can be delivered machined, heat treated and surface coated if the customer so wishes.

We help you to select a suitable casting method and to adapt your design to the process. Besides your access to our broad process experience we also use NovaFlow&Solid CV, which is an advanced software for casting simulation, for the optimisation of your products.

VHs is a small flexible company with the ambition to give our customers the best possible service. Our vision is to fulfill customer expectations on “…Finish and Function” in an ever evolving process.

Ventana Hackås is located in the middle of Sweden, in Hackås, some 40 km south of Östersund in the county of Jämtland. We have been in Hackås since 1971 when the foundry was moved from southern Sweden.

Today we employ approx. 17 people and supply aluminium castings in short series to customer segments like MedTech, Automotive, Telecom, Defence and Marine industries e.t.c.

Ventana Hackås is owned by HDF Beteiligungs GmbH, Chemnitz, Germany  (100%).
